Academic & Administrative Terms & Conditions:

• The pupil enrolled with GUIDANCE POINT must study hard with perseverance, be punctual, and disciplined. Failure to do so gives the academy the right to expel the student.
• The results of tests, exams, practicals, and other routine administrative messages will be communicated only through the parent's or pupil's authentic or registered mobile number. The pupil should stay in communication with the office for updates.
• Fees must be deposited at the scheduled times using a post-dated cheque. Failure to do so gives the academy the right to cancel the admission. No refunds or cancellations will be made for individual matters.
• In the case of a cheque bounce, fees must be paid with bank charges.
• A defaulter pupil will not be allowed to attend class.
• Mobile phones, laptops, iPods, and tablets are strictly prohibited in the classroom. Such electronic items must be submitted at the reception in a switched-off mode.
• The pupil must pay breakage charges for any damage to furniture, apparatus, or other properties.
• The academy reserves the right to change academic schedules such as sessions, subjects, venues, timings, and days of classes. The decision of the Directors will be final and binding on the pupil and parents.
• The pupil's result is based on the cumulative effect of daily classwork, homework, tests, and self-study.
• All matters are subject to Satara Civil Jurisdiction.

Note:

1. Admission will be confirmed only after the submission of Admission Form, Documents, and Fees.
2. Penalty applicable for late fee (Per day ₹100).
3. Fees are Non-Refundable.
